According to the regularizations, you can make 3 imports per year using your ID, it is considered for personal use, if it is for commercial use you must request your RUC and you can import unlimited times

• If your purchases are less than $200, you will be tax-free, if your purchases exceed $200 you will have to pay taxes.
• You can only send a maximum of 4 K-beauty products.
• You must declare all the products, which go inside the box, since if you do not you can end up paying a penalty.
• If your products are for personal use, you must declare it as a Gift and if it is for commercial use you must declare it as Merchandise
